The apartment is part of the apartment complex Drevenice Terchová Resort, placed directly in the center of Terchova above the football field, close to the rope park and the amphitheater, which is the main venue for all major events in Terchová such as Jánošík days, Terchovský budzogan and many others. In the resort, there is the first mountain brewery Vrsky, a stylish restaurant, wellness, conference rooms. The Terchovec relax center with swimming pool and bowling is located directly below the resort.
